Our Story

The Pham's Family business started back in Vietnam since 1945, Pham Quyen is the first Halal Vietnamese Cuisine from the Pham's Family that started in 2019. A 100% Muslim Owned Vietnamese Cuisine. We aim is to create Muslim Friendly Vietnamese Cuisine for everyone to enjoy. Though similar in nationality, Muslim Vietnamese Cuisine is heavily influence by the Vietnamese, Cambodian, Thai and Malay cuisine resulting in a unique fusion of dishes. Rated Best Halal Vietnamese Cuisine in Singapore on 2021 by MediaCorp Suria Channel, Warna FM94.2 and Halal Food Hunt 2022. Pham Quyen have also been featured in reputable food reviews such as SeithLui.com, HHWT and many more. Pham Quyen have since add on its menu to incorporate Halal Chinese Style and Seafood Cuisine.

Our raw products are carefully source both locally or directly being air flown from our family farm in Vietnam, thus ensuring the freshness and authenticity of our cuisine. Even our seafoods are being sent daily from the port to our restaurant.
